Tuesday: Dihybrid Punnett square notes and “Monohybrid and Dihybrid assignment”

HW: Complete the assignment if you don’t finish in class

Wednesday: Genetics Practice Quiz (Live Wayground session); Non-mendelian genetics discussion and notes in our journal; Blood typing video clip

Thursday: Sex-linked inheritance and Non-Mendelian Wayground practice questions

Friday: Genetics task cards

Feb. 9-12

Monday: Complete the task cards and Review

HW: Study for your test over genetics, Gimkit for extra credit

Tuesday: Genetics Test

Wednesday: Test boost and Pedigree discussion

Thursday: College and Career Fair (morning classes), afternoon classes will do a pedigree practice assignment

Welcome back to school as we start this new year! We will continue to learn about what makes life work, continuing with genetics. We will be preparing for our STAAR test, which will be in April. This is the only science STAAR test you will have to take in high school!
